1. Order Cancellation

Cancellation Before Shipping: You may cancel your order before it has been shipped from our warehouse. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or call our customer support number at 9999822955 (Monday to Saturday), 10 AM to 6 PM. If the order has not been shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund.

Cancellation After Shipping: If your order has already been shipped, you cannot cancel it. In this case, you may follow the returns process outlined below once you receive the product.

2. Returns

We accept returns for the following reasons:

Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. Provide photographic evidence of the damage to both the product and the packaging.

Incorrect Products: If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.

Quality Issues: If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the delivery. Please provide details of the issue along with supporting evidence (e.g., photos, batch number).

Return Conditions:

  1.  The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  2.  You must initiate the return within the specified timeframe (48 hours for damage/incorrect items, 7 days for quality issues).
  3. You must provide a valid order number and proof of purchase.

Return Process:

1.  Contact our customer support team at [email protected] or 9999822955 to initiate the return.

2.  Provide details of the reason for the return and attach any required evidence (photos, etc.).

3.  Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the product.

4.  Pack the product securely in its original packaging.

5.  Ship the product to the address provided by our customer support team.

6.  Once we receive the returned product and verify that it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund.

3. Refunds

Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund Timeframe: Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

*   Products that have been opened or used, unless there is a quality issue.

*   Products that are not in their original packaging.

*   Products returned after the specified timeframe.

*   Products that are damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
